The Committee
The committe consists of seven senior figures within performing arts, appointed by the Norwegian Ministry of Culture. Chair of the IAA committe is Ingrid Lorentzen, Artistic Director of the Norwegian National Ballet.
Suggestions for new committe members are put forward by a wide range of cultural and dramatic instritutions and organisations. The committee welcomes nominations for the coming year's prize winner and consider these after the deadline expires. They travel worldwide to see performances linked to nominated parties and have several meetings before deciding on a winner.

Maria Delgado
Academic, curator, and critic. Professor and Director of Research at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, University of London.
Roman Dolzhanskiy
Theatre critic, dramaturg, and curator.
Kristian Seltun
Artistic Director of The National Theatre of Norway, Artistic Director of The International Ibsen Festival.
Kee Hong Low
Creative Director at the Manchester International Festival and The Factory.
Lars Petter Hagen
Artistic Director and Chief Executive, Bergen International Festival.
